everything is just perfect here. the food is amazing, the pools are waoooo, staff is kind. boat tour on their canals is beautiful. just perfect!
the only minor issue was about guests/pool boys taking pool chairs very early in the morning and the guests arriving few hours later, so unnecessary. ”
“We had an amazing week at the Shanghai-La. The apartment was of high standard, nicely decorated and fulfilled all our needs (fully equipped with washing machine, dish washer etc). The staff is extremely friendly and service minded, and very fond of children. They happily took us for rides in the golf cars just to make our 1.5 year old son happy.
