This beautiful, new apartment with views of the city and the ocean is in the Solaris Luxury Apartment Complex in Osu, Accra - a residential area easily accessible to everything!

We provide a modern hotel experience with the comforts and hospitality of a Ghanaian home.

Our goal is to create a unique harmony by fusing aspects of traditional Ghanaian home decor into a modern, contemporary setting.

This spacious 1 Bedroom Executive apartment contains a queen bed, a sofa bed and an air mattress.
The space
The Solaris building is brand new and opened May, 2023. There are 133 apartments of different sizes. This particular one bedroom executive - Apartment 402 - is the largest one bedroom available and only 20 sq m less than the two-bedroom apartments.

Sleeping Arrangements
The apartment has 3 beds - a queen bed, a sofa bed and a bed height air-mattress. Even though the space is marketed ideally for 2 people, it can easily accommodate 4 people.

Dining area
The dining table expands to sit 4. There are extra chairs in the storage room as well as 4 folding snack tables to use in the living room.

Workspace
The private workspace in the apartment has an HP All-in-One printer that has scanning and copying capabilities.

Laundry
There is a washer/dryer, detergent, fabric softener, iron, ironing board and laundry bags in the storage room.

Entertainment
The apartment has a 65 inch LG 4K Smart TV in the living room and a 58 inch Samsung 4K Smart TV in the bedroom. Both TVs have DSTV (cable TV) and a sound bar. You can stream from both TVs but only the living room TV has an Amazon Fire 4K Max Stick and a Sony 4K Blu Ray DVD player. Netflix and Prime TV access is free.

Streaming Music
The living room sound bar is part of the Dolby Atmos 5.1 speaker system which includes a subwoofer and satellite speakers. You can stream music to this speaker system when on.

WIFI
There are 2 Broadband/Fiber WIFI connections for you to use. In addition, we provide a non Broadband/Fiber WIFI connection in case of emergencies.

Alexa Home Automation
Use of Alexa Home Automation is optional and not required. The living room and bedroom are wired with Amazon Alexa Home automation devices. You can ask Alexa to perform different tasks or answer questions. It is also possible to stream music through these devices. We recommend you only use Alexa if you are familiar with it since there is no onsite support

Additional Security plus Video Door Bell
The building i.e the outside, lobby and common areas has 3 level security with security cameras. In addition, the apartment has a door bell video camera. You can see anyone at the front door and communicate with them via Alexa without having to come to the door.
Guest access
We want you to experience Ghanaian hospitality at its finest.

We consider you a personal guest in our home. We want you to feel like you are at friend’s place. Simply put, we want you to be comfortable.

You are also welcome to use all the facilities of the Solaris building i.e. the Infinity pool, the gym, the rooftop etc

Please feel free to use anything in the apartment. Just let us know when we are running low and we will replenish whatever it is.

Please note that even though the apartment can accommodate 4 people the ideal number of people is 2.
