The breakfast was great, pool immaculate and staff welcoming and helpful.We are very sorry to know that a roach was found in your room and want to inform you that the whole block has been fumigated against insects. We also checked our records which indicated that your booking was for single occupancy in your name and so if anyone other that yourself should come to the reception to activate a key, questions would be asked to ensure that it is the occupant of the room. The hotel would want to keep her guests safe at all times.
