Welcome :)You will be close to everything when you stay at this central and spectacular 2BR 2.5bath apt located in a desirable ringway neighborhood, next to Osu right in the center of town. A lovely addition is the beautiful restaurant located on the groundfloor that saves you the trouble of having to cook when you don't want to. This home sweet home is only a few minutes away from a grocery stores, Kotoka international airport, Osu oxford street, restaurants and various recreational centers.
The space
Kindly read all the information before booking :). If this unit is unavailable, we have several other units you may like. Feel free to send me a message. We have hosted people from all over the world and would love to host you.

The Unit is fully airconditioned, kitchen fully fitted with our furnishing being very modern and of high quality, which ensures that the apartment is always kept in good condition as its all very easy to clean.
Guest access
Guests can access the pool, gym, restaurant, playground as well as all other common areas in the building
Other things to note
1. In order to be fair to guests and keep the room rates down, guests are responsible for the cost of power as it is based on consumption.(Please turn all the Ac's off when you are not using it).In the event that you would like to pay upfront, just let me know and I will factor it into the room rate before you book.. easy-peasy!

2.Cleaning is available at a fee. We clean before you check in and after you check out. If you would like daily cleaning, we have that available at a fee.

3. We are very particular about cleanliness and tranquility in the unit and we take all your questions and concerns very serious. It is our hope that you will maintain and keep the place clean as if it were your own home. :):):)

4. If you are staying for more than a week, we will clean for you for free and arrange the timing with you in order to maintain privacy or not disturb you

5. No question is to small. You are not a bother to us, please ask any question and we will do our best to respond as best as we can

6. We are able to accommodate early checkins and late checkouts. Just let us know ahead of time

7. Yes we have WIFI! . the TV is also a smart TV so you can watch nextlix and youtube!!

8. When have a standby generator! you will never be in darkness like other places.....
