A car is necessary to reach the property: from the S.S. 114 Orientale Sicula, take the first exit on the right at the roundabout onto Via Mortara heading south, continue on Via D'Amico for about 1.7 km until you reach Via Marano. Villa Vittoria borders the La Timpa Nature Reserve, with layers of lava flows forming a dramatic rocky cliff overlooking the Ionian Sea, offering rare beauty and breathtaking views. You'll be welcomed by a unique mix of flora and fauna, with wide natural terraces made of overlapping lava stone blocks, where ancient olive trees, lemons, hackberries, pomegranates, mulberries, prickly pears, and exotic plants thrive.
