Located in the north of Lazio between Tuscany and Umbria, Villa Acquapendente is a beautiful villa with a private swimming pool. Set in the countryside close to the hilltop village of Trevinano, the villa lies just 13.5 km from the spa town of San Casciano dei Bagni and 34 km from Orvieto, one of Umbria’s star attractions with a gothic cathedral and high-speed rail links to Rome (less than an hour) and Florence (two hours).

Villa Acquapendente (340 sqm) develops over three levels.

In the basement you will find a spa area (with sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, emotional showers, relaxation area, gym, toilet) and the laundry room.

On the ground floor, you will find a large living room (with sofa, chairs, TV, and fireplace), a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen with an island (with stools). There is also a guest bathroom (with toilet) and one double bedroom (with double bed) with a private bathroom (with shower and hairdryer).

On the first floor, you will find four bedrooms:

- two double bedrooms (with double beds and views of the olive grove) with private
bathrooms (with shower and hairdryer)
- one double bedroom (with double bed and view of the padel court) with private bathroom
(with jacuzzi, shower and hairdryer)
- one twin bedroom (with two single beds, working area and view of the swimming pool) with
private bathroom (with shower and hairdryer)

Extra beds (max 2) are available on request at extra cost (€ 100.00 per stay).

Outside you will find a large garden with an olive grove featuring a swimming pool (12m x 5m; open 1 May to 30 September) that can be heated on request with a sunbathing area (with sun loungers), a padel court and a shady veranda with a dining area and barbecue.
