“The hotel itself had small shops on the ground floor, the rooms are keycard access only, no one without a keycard can access the rooms. It’s a beautiful place. The spa was very hard to make an appointment with, need more staff there! Definitely would’ve loved to try if appointments were available.

“We originally booked another hotel and made a last-minute change as we needed air-conditioning in the room but we decided we did not need a swimming pool. This hotel met all our needs. It was located close to everything and the staff was accommodating.”

“Upon entering location you could smell the cleanliness of the hotel. Beautiful plants all around and greeted by the door man. Market was walking distance about ten blacks away and directly across the street was an amazing little taco shop! ”

“This hotel is one of my favorite if not the only one I always chose when I travel alone or with family. They always accommodate my needs of special suite #. Quite and so close to downtown you don't need any type of transportation, but if you need one, Metro (Tren Ligero) is just 60 meters away!! easy to navigate on Metro and safe to walk on City. and the best,,, the staff lovely Younge people always ready to please you , Thanks to everyone :) Moises Adrian from Toronto”

The Mexican decor is very nice, and the rooms are clean, cute, and completely private—with their own bathroom.The neighborhood is very quiet and feels super safe, and we really appreciated the added security at Casa Kali.
