“We had a nice stay. Was disappointed to find that they charged me $25 per night as a pet fee. There was no mention of the additional charge on the site. The pool was a little messy but we have had an abundance of rain in the area recently! At check-in, there had been a power disruption and their computers went down. It took us about 45 minutes to check in. Overall, I would stay there again.”

“The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Everyone’s was helpful and it was a really easy checkin and pleasant stay.”

“Practical location. But for the price i paid it was not as expected. Very bad sound isolation. I got a bad rum against the Highway. Heard the traffic loudly. Also my room had a door to the NeXT room so i heard the people there loudly as well. ”

“The thermostat in our room was stuck at 64. Too cold for us. The toilet was dirty (we cleaned it with Clorox wipes we had)and outlets on one side of the bed didn't work(used others in the room, but a bit inconvenient ) Arrival was so late, we went to bed anyway. The next day we asked the thermostat be addressed, but nobody had looked at it the 5 hours we were gone, when they did look at it, they offered a new room. We took it. “We stayed here on our way to Florida. We loved it so much, we booked another stay here on our way back home. One of the nicest hotels we've stayed at. And we travel a LOT.”

“Very disappointed, when we arrived from a 9 hour drive from Georgia just to find out there were no rooms available. We had to find another hotel to stay in for the weekend. Already tired and stressed out and had to deal with not having the room at the hotel we booked . We were not in Louisiana on vacation we were there because my husband sister was killed by a train and we were there for her funeral. So not having a room made it worse.”
