The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and built-in wardrobe, overlooking the peaceful rear of the complex and adjacent road — positioned on the shady side to keep it cool. The spacious bathroom includes a refreshing shower.

The open-concept living area includes a sofa bed, TV unit, and a fully equipped kitchen with vitroceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, and a coffee machine. While you have all you need for simple cooking, we encourage you to explore the town’s many restaurants offering international flavors.

The apartment has a maximum occupancy, and Aqua Vista Tenerife has the right to expel the entire party if more visitors arrive without prior notification. Booking cancellation may occur if you don`t abide by the house rules or our obligations to host you.

Self-Catering Stay: Please note this is a holiday rental, not a hotel. Our team is available Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00, and for real emergencies outside these hours.

Check-In: Between 16:00 - 22.00 hours . Kindly let us know your arrival time in advance. Late arrivals occure extra cost.

Arrivals 22:00–24:00 → +€20

Arrivals 24:00–02:00 → +€40

Online Pre-Check-In: For a smooth arrival, please complete the online check-in (uploading ID details) before you travel. Keys can only be handed over once this step is done.
