The living room is equipped with a convenient sofa bed. Our fully equipped mini-kitchen provides everything you need to prepare homemade meals. You can enjoy pleasant breakfasts or dinners on the terrace, which offers a magnificent view of the complex's swimming pool. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin.
Parque Royal I complex offers its guests two fantastic pools where you can cool off and unwind under the Tenerife sun. Additionally, the complex boasts beautiful communal areas where you can spend time enjoying the greenery and fresh air. The location of the apartment is simply ideal. You are just 300 meters away from Torviscas Beach, one of the most popular beaches on the island. You can indulge in the sandy shore, warm waves, and crystal-clear ocean water. Moreover, there are various restaurants and shops surrounding the apartment, allowing you to taste local culinary delights or purchase souvenirs and gifts for yourself and your loved ones. For your convenience, we offer private parking for an additional fee of 8 euros per night.

A month away in the sun

Firstly , on arrival we were met by a representative from the owners on time as arranged. The apartment was still being cleaned. so we had to go away and return later. It seemed hurried and fairly basic , not really a deep clean. There was no advice supplied about any appliances .The kitchen units were poor quality and the door to the dish washer was a regular nuisance as the wood frame stuck out longer than the door when open . I cannot recount how many times we tripped over it and cut or bruised our legs ..On the upside , the location was excellent and communication with the owners was excellent and helpful. On the downside , as we were staying there for a month and eating in a lot etc. , The kitchen was way too small . Only two cooking hob rings , which took a while to understand how they operated and little counter top space.-- Not even a microwave oven. Cooking a proper meal was very difficult . the apartment terrace got no sun until a little amount reached a tiny part of the terrace at around 4.30pm, Only 2 towels provided and any change of bed linen was at an extra cost . Any additional cleaning was also at an extra cost and quite expensive. Difficult to wash and dry linen on a terrace with no sun. . My honest view , was that for the price paid , I was slightly disappointed with the facilities. It would be a very nice apartment for a 7-10 day holiday but not good enough for a 28 day stay.

Where to stay in Costa Adeje at a reasonable price

We spent 9 nights, 4 people in this apartment. The good parts: - excellent location - very good comfort and equipment - spacious terrace, very pleasant - very well maintained pool - far from the noise of the street or bars The less good parts: - lack of air conditioning - the real dimensions of the rooms are smaller than they appear in the photos, especially the bedroom - from the bedroom, with the window open (no AC!), a noise can be heard from the utility annexes (kitchens, storerooms) of the hotel next door, even at night. All in all, it is a very good apartment for the price paid

A pleasant place-well located

I spent 2 weeks and I really enjoyed the quiet(outside of school holidays) and the location. The residence is well kept after and the apartment had all the amenities needed,albeit maybe a fan :-)
