Casa Julia is a great choice for your Canarian getaway on the sunny island of Tenerife. With plenty to do, both inside and out, you'll be spoilt for choice with how to spend your days. Local shops and eateries are a short walk away, where you can stock up on local fresh produce to enjoy back at the villa. Enjoy tapas lunches amongst friends and family, as this beautiful villa can accommodate up to nine guests across five bedrooms. 
Outside, the terrace boasts a multitude of activities for lazy days poolside. The sun loungers are placed close to the pool, great for topping up your tan in-between refreshing dips. There's a pool table and a table tennis set for a little competition, alongside cosy garden sofas, the ideal spot for an afternoon cocktail whilst enjoying the company of a good book. The villa is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen and outside bar, to make your self-catering holiday as easy as possible. The terrace is split into two levels, a ground floor terrace where the pool and sun loungers are located, alongside an upper terrace where you'll find the games facilities and the bar area. Steps from the pool area lead up to this upper terrace, whilst patio doors leading from all first-floor bedrooms also lead you onto the spacious upper terrace. Bedrooms 3 and 4 benefit from distance sea views from their shared balcony. *Any items marked with an asterisk may be subject to an additional charge.

Mobility statement - The front of the villa is on a steep incline. To access the villa there is a path which is 93cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 115cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. There is 1 step down from the patio doors to the terrace. There is 1 small step up to the sun loungers. The utility and bar area is located on the first floor terrace so requires step access. The ground floor bedrooms have a door width of 75cm, whilst the bathroom door is 65cm wide. The door into the kitchen/lounge is 85cm wide.
