Additionally, it is well-located, close to beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers, buses, taxis, medical centers, shops, diving centers, ATMs, and excursion offices.

The apartment features 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a sofa bed. It has 1 bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining comfortably, including a large table. The living room has a sofa bed as well, Smart TV and a furnished terrace with views of the pool to enjoy sunny days.

The complex has 2 elevators and 2 pools; one for adults and one for children. Bed linen and towels are included. Arrival and departure times are flexible if possible, subject to confirmation. Arrivals after 10:30 PM are subject to an additional fee upon arrival. In case of loss of keys (including pool keys), a fee of 100 euros will be charged.

The apartment is 500 meters from El Pinque Beach, 700 meters from Las Galgas Beach, 11 km from Aqualand, and 13 km from Siam Park. Additionally, it is only 26 km from Tenerife South Airport. Taxis are inexpensive, and bus connections are excellent. There is free parking in the area, along with shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, and car rentals. It is the ideal place for a family, couple, or group of friends to spend their vacation.

Parties are prohibited, and guests are kindly requested to avoid excessive noise during the day and night to respect the rest of all neighbors in the complex.
