Villa Clariana is a lovely four-bedroom three bathroom villa in the Sueno Azul development in the Callao Salvaje resort in Tenerife. It is only a short walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. The villa is laid out over one level, making it suitable for guests with mobility issues. There is a private unheated pool with cover and the surrounding sun terrace is laid with astro turf and furnished with sun loungers and a sun parasol. There is a comfortable seating area for relaxing with an L-shaped sofa and small table and a private bar with stools. There is also a brick barbeque and a ping pong table. The washing machine is in the shed. From the pool and dining area there is a nice sea view. Patio doors lead back in the living area which is furnished in a modern style with a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table. There is a separate dining area with dining table and 8 chairs and another sofa. There is a large flat-screen TV with English and international channels, a side table and bookcase with a selection of books for guests to borrow. The lounge has a ceiling fan. A separate dining area is provided with a table and 8 chairs, a sofa and a desk with a wifi router for wifi internet access. The American style kitchen is well equipped with a tall fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The master bedroom has a king-size double bed, beside tables with lamps, fitted wardrobes with mirrored doors and patio doors which lead out to the sun terrace. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, wash hand basin with mirror above and WC. Bedroom 2 also has a king-size double bed, bedside tables with lamps and fitted wardrobes. There also an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, wash hand basin and WC. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, bedside light, desk, tall mirror and chest of drawers. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds, bedside tables, mirror and wardrobes. Bedroom 3 and 4 share the 3rd bathroom which consists of a wash hand basin and WC. There is air conditioning in every bedroom.

Lead guest should be 25 years or older. No groups of all males or all females.
