We are a company with years of experience dedicated to vacation rentals in Tenerife South (Canary Islands). We offer a complete experience of your visit to Tenerife. Both in the accommodation and in different activities for all tastes and ages (not included in the price).

The accommodation can be reached by car, taxi or bus. Our company also offers a transfer service from the airport to the apartment. The service is paid and they have to notify at least two days in advance to contract it.

Someone from the staff will wait for you at the entrance of the apartment at the agreed time on the day of your arrival. He will show it to you and give you the keys. Check-in hours start at 3:00 p.m. and end at 10:00 p.m. If any guest wants to check-in after this time, they will have to pay €25 in cash before entering the apartment.

Accommodation:

Splendid apartment in Residencia Viña del Mar a step away from Playa de las Américas (south of Tenerife), close to all the necessary services such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, a large wardrobe and a recently renovated bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is American and is located in an open space that it shares with the dining room and the living room with a sofa bed. In addition, the apartment offers a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony (for the exclusive use of guests) where they can sit comfortably. The apartment is designed for a maximum of 4 adults and one child.

Most of the accommodation: Safebox, TV, ultra-fast fiber optics (free Wi-Fi), washing machine, parking in the residence and community pool (also in the residence)

The pool is for community use. Sunbeds cannot be reserved. If you are not using them or are not going to be in the apartments, we ask you not to leave the towels and let the rest of the guests use the space.

The accommodation is located in a central area in the heart of La Costa de Adeje (Playa de las Américas). Close to shops, bars, restaurants and pubs (also at night) where you can spend lovely evenings. 5 minutes from the bus station and about 10 minutes walk from Siam Park. About 500m from Las Américas beach and 1km from Puerto Colón
