La Nabias – Charming House with Panoramic Views in the Louron Valley

Nestled in the heart of Adervielle-Pouchergues, in the beautiful Louron valley, La Nabias is a spacious 140 m² mountain house ideal for family getaways or trips with friends. Its warm atmosphere and prime location between the Peyragudes and Val Louron resorts make it the perfect base for exploring the Pyrenees.



The house accommodates up to 12 guests and features 5 double bedrooms, including one on the ground floor, plus a family room with 2 extra single beds. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets conveniently distributed over both floors.



The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need: oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, SENSEO and traditional coffee makers, toaster, and a variety of utensils.



Relax in the cozy living room with TV and on-demand video, enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for remote work, and make use of the washing machine and available baby cot.



A private covered terrace offers stunning mountain views—perfect for outdoor meals. Street parking is easy.



The house is ideally located: 5 minutes from the Loudenvielle spa and cable car to Peyragudes, 15 minutes from the Peyragudes and Val Louron ski resorts, and within walking distance of a tennis court.



Bed linen and towels are not provided (rental available for an extra fee). Cleaning service is available on request. Parties are not allowed to ensure the tranquility of the property.
