“The hotel was perfect for a parent getaway/staycation! We live in Saratoga and this is a wonderful place to stay! Perfectly located in downtown and close to everything. Love being a tourist in my own city!”

“Overall, the stay was good. The rooms seemed small and the bathroom was very small. Recommendations: replace the toasters in the breakfast area with two four-slice quality toasters. They do not work well and took forever. There were five people waiting to use the toasters. iIt was awkward having the safe in the bottom of the closet. My husband had to lay on the floor to use the safe.”

“We were originally booked at Capt Inn & Suites and since they were closing prior to our booked reservation, we were moved to Thomson’s Resort. Thomson’s exceeded my expectations. It was really decorated nicely decorated and felt homey. The view off the balcony of Boldt Castle was spectacular as well! My only two critiques was that our room was located up 26 stairs and we weren’t told that ahead of time. I have a bad back so the stairs weren’t helpful and we tried to avoid going in and out...
