“Our room was very nice,clean, and had a wonderful view. There was one woman who ran the front desk who was extremely helpful and I feel bad I forgot her name. She went out of her way to find us places to see and eat.”
“The annex, with the pricey suites,is vintage 1980. No USB ports, poor lighting, no elevator, no staff help with luggage. The only positive is the breakfast, included with the room.
There is no way , we will ever return to this property.”
“Location great. Lobby areas very nice. Staff pleasant and helpful. Room could use an update. Bed not so comfortable and the pillows were horrible, room TVs old and remotes didn’t work”
“Bathroom sink drained exceptionally slow - sliding door didn’t lock - carpet was vacuumed but could use a good shampooing. Room was way too warm-it was as if the heat was on but no thermostat in the room so we had to sleep with the sliding door open which was very noisy with people next door using very foul language smoking weed on the balcony -coughing and talking extremely loudly. Every time they left their room they slammed the door so hard it shook the building!”
