“Place was closed and locked when we arrived. Had to call sister accommodation to try and open it up. First night we were the only people in the place. Stayed two nights. I never saw a single member of staff the whole time”

Why? So we waited another 5 --10 mins for her to appear. No hot water in room - neither shower nor wash basin.
