âIâm usually very happy with Hampton Inn and also this time the room was nice and spacious, the breakfast was good, the pool was great and the reception staff were friendly. Our concern was that our room was not cleaned. One day I can understand but when we came back on the second day after we had been out between 10 am and 6 pm, it still wasnât cleaned. We had to ask at the reception to have our room cleaned. We have a 1 year old who was ready to go to bed so waiting in the reception for 30 min...
âBeautiful setting right on a wide expanse of beach. The rooms are clean and thoughtfully equipped. Food options on site are pretty good, and many good restaurants are a short drive away. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and attentive. In all, a great place for a stress-free beach vacation. â
âGreat customer service from everyone! Suggest firmer mattress and bed pillows and a microwave in each room. Make sure the baseboards are dusted. Had to pay $10 a day for parking. Didnât know until checkout.
The location was excellent! The staff were excellent as well. Roof top restaurant and restaurant on first floor were excellent also. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the hotel! Will go back!â

âI am frugal when it comes to hotels. My wife and 12yo both asked 'are you sure this is the right hotel? ' when we entered the room. Location isn't the best but it's interesting. The amount of wildlife we was from the parking lot - alligators and a giant egret nest was amazing BUT it is across the bridge from Hilton Head peoper. Not a concern at all if you're interested in seeing Bluffton and it literally nest to the bridge.
Overall depends on what you're in town for. Beaches, awesome. You just...
