“Easy check in, they sent a code for the front door and then we found our room with key in room door lock. Area was quiet and nice patio area. Snacks were accessible throughout common areas. Bedding was super comfortable. Would stay here again.”

“Beautiful hotel and room. The only thing that let me down was the paint peeling in the bathroom. Paint chips all over the floor and shower. Other than that my family and I really enjoyed our stay. ”

“They had my room amenities wrong. I explained to the operator with Hilton and she offered me to change to another one of their hotels at my expense or keep what I had since I booked through a third party. The bed was broken; small black bugs crawling all over the floor and walls in the bathroom; mold and mildew all in bathroom ”

“Check in was long …it took about 45 minutes . Checked in around 9pm and there were no towels ready …However all staff was very polite and professional …towels came in about 20 minutes…room was very clean, bed was comfy . Didn’t make it on to the casino this time but I will be back again ! Took off a star for the long check in time &house keeping delay . ”

“Air Conditioner was great, clean room and hotel and a nice staff. The hotel is in need of a major update. Rooms were very clean but as i stated it needs to be updated.”

“the staff was so friendly the first room we got bed was unmade and no shower curtain the staff did a good job at getting a new room and it was nice the elevators were not very clean but the lobby and room were clean ”

“The hotel and furniture looks outdated. It is in need of a severe upgrade. The cleanliness of our room was questionable and the carpet looked dingy. Our toilet had to be repaired. The elevator was out of commission for several hours. My husband is a heart patient. As a result of the elevator being repaired he was forced to walk up several flights of stairs to our room. I was also charged two different rates for our hotel stay. ”

“Breakfast menu was small but food was hot and fresh, all staff were very friendly and accommodating. Parking at night was a little crazy but that’s expected since it’s right by the airport. Food places not that far. ”
