Fox Hill: 151 Cottage w/Hot Tub + Mountain Views

Fox Hill is perfectly located just off the Nelson 151 Brew Trail within a 5-minute drive to Afton Mountain Vineyards, and a 10-minute drive to all of 151's breweries, wineries, and distilleries. Kick back and relax on the spacious deck with mountain views, or enjoy the outdoor amenities, which include a hot tub, firepit, and gas grill. Fox Hill offers privacy with breathtaking views, while also offering a central location with plenty to do for your entire group.

The space
Fox Hill is located at the top of an inclined gravel driveway. Please note that 4WD or AWD will be needed in the event of snow during the winter months.

KITCHEN - Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig

UPSTAIRS LIVING/DINING - Dining table with seating for 4, couch, 2 lounge chair, Roku Smart Tv (feel free to login to your streaming apps)

BEDROOM 1 - King bed, nightstands, lamps with USB charging ports, DOHM sound machine, and dresser.

BEDROOM 2 - Queen bed, nightstand, lamps with USB charging ports, DOHM sound machine, closet.

BATHROOM - Shower/tub combo, toilet, sink/vanity, toiletries provided.

DOWNSTAIRS LIVING ROOM - Full size sleeper sofa, linens provided.

DOWNSTAIRS HALF BATHROOM - Pedestal sink, toilet, toiletries provided.

LAUNDRY ROOM - Washer and dryer are located on the lower level.

DECK - Outdoor sofa, coffee table.

BACKYARD/EXTERIOR - Hot tub, wood burning fire pit (wood NOT provided), 6 Adirondack chairs, propane grill (propane NOT provided).

EV CHARGER - 220V 40 Amp JuiceBox - Level 2, free guest use (mounted on left side of house)


NOTES:
- Dogs, with a pet fee of $100. No cats, fines may apply.
- Exterior camera mounted by the basement utility door facing the driveway.
- AWD or 4WD may be necessary in the winter months.
- Firewood is not always provided, so please plan ahead if you plan to use this amenity.
- If you plan to use the outdoor grill, you may need to provide propane, as not guaranteed.
