9.6 av 10, Enastående, (13 recensioner)
“My stay at Riad Jasmine was delightful. From one of the entrances into the Medina it was a simple walk to get there. You walk straight until you get to the next main walk way with shops and eateries. You make a left, then walk until the next opening to your left. Walk straight back until you see the address for the Riad. I rung the doorbell and I was greeted by Ahmed. Once inside, I was showed to my room. I was able to pick which room I wanted while there. I had a choice between two rooms. I...

“My stay at the Braat hotel was fabulous ! The cleanliness, the upkeep and the staff were amazing, super friendly! I was well taken care of during my stay, no complaints! My friend at room service was great young man who was attentive to me during my entire stay, the gentleman who brought little treats EVERY night was so lovely. The staff at the lobby, the cleaning crew ALL great! I actually miss the hotel, but it’s definitely my go to from now on when I visit to Rabat! Plus it’s well located for...

“At this price point, it's disappointing that you have to pay extra to have decent wifi.
At the Spanish restaurant, the food is good, but at Dinner service, it gets busier, and the staff and kitchen struggle to handle it. During off-peak hours, it works fine.
The room service food was a bit disappointing for the price, and I would expect the dishes to bring the same ingredients as described on the menu.
Overall, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is very polite and helpful.”

“Service was worse than expected for a hotel of a calibre like Four Seasons.
1. Upon checking in and finishing dinner, we were told someone would show us to our rooms because the hotel was quite large. However, we were ignored and left to our own devices and had to find our way to the rooms.
2. For one of the rooms that we booked (out of 3), we were given a room that was clearly a downgrade from the two others and also a disability accessible room. When first approaching the reception, they...
