“The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean but the bathroom tub was gross! There was black mold in the drain and the tub looked grimy. The a/c worked well and the bed was comfortable. Parking was good. We love the location, the quaint Spanish style decor in the lobby. There's a nice indoor pool and beautiful sitting area in the courtyard. I used to use the workout room that is.no.longer there! There used to be cute shops in the lobby, all are gone now.”

“We had a great stay at this Holiday Inn in las cruces. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety to start the day. What really stood out was the staff — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again!”

“This is a clean and well kept property. I only had an overnight stay so I did not take full use of all the property has to offer. I am not in love with the additional resort fee, but that is in style now.”

“They've chosen to not protect their wifi so if you have a phone that detects an unsecure connection then it won't let you connect, for me it said that the they've not upgraded their security so basically anyone can access your account details and such through their wifi, so I couldn't even connect because my phone has a safety setting that I trust. neither could my husbands phone. We are visiting from Europe so using our own data was not an option. When I asked why the wifi wasn't secure they...
