Entire Cottage in Kerames, Crete – 250 m from the Beach

We built this house in the 1980s for our family’s summer getaways on ancestral land. Recently renovated with care, it now welcomes you for unforgettable holidays in one of Crete’s most beautiful and authentic locations, just 250 m from the beach.



The house offers two bedrooms, a bathroom, and an open-plan living room with a well-equipped kitchen. You enter through the living room, where a comfortable sofa can sleep one person, next to the kitchen. The air conditioning here cools the entire house.



The first bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom features two single beds that can be joined, plus a balcony with stunning views of the sea and surrounding mountains. The bathroom is fully equipped with a spacious shower. There’s also a second outdoor shower for refreshing moments during warmer hours.



At the front, a large balcony provides the same wonderful view of the Libyan Sea, especially breathtaking at sunset. The house is surrounded by a garden with olive trees, flowers, and oregano—a perfect spot to relax. There’s also parking space outside.



Please note: The basement is an independent area that may be used by the owners, with no contact with the main house.



Due to stairs, the house is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. The sea (Gialopotama beach) is just 250 m away and easily reached on foot or by car. Nearby, you’ll find shops for daily needs and local taverns by the sea. The area remains largely untouched by tourism, ideal for those seeking peaceful, relaxing holidays close to nature.
