Villa Ninemia - Living Greek

Make yourself at home at Villa Ninemia, a luxury property that offers amazing views of the Cretan mountains and the Libyan Sea. The villa is located just outside of Agia Galini and only one kilometer from the beach and the village centre.
Across 150 square meters interior space Villa Ninemia offers ample room for groups up to eight people: three en-suite bedrooms with queen-size beds, one with an additional double bunk bed, as well as a large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen and a large dining table. The terrace and pool area are 220 square meters wide and combine a heated 30 square meter pool. a large sunken pool lounge and an outside kitchen with a large wooden dining table.
A BBQ is provided for evening cookouts with your friends and family. Villa Ninemia was designed with respect to the morphology of the area, which is quite hilly. Its beautiful location on a slope opens up an amphitheater-like view of the sea in the distance.
The contemporary architecture follows clean lines and provides large spaces, both inside and outside the villa, allowing the adjacent natural environment to breath and celebrate the prevailing serene atmosphere of the site.

Our on-site holiday team lives in a nearby mountain village and is available to you 24/7 in case you need support or advice. They will check you in and out and you will receive their contact details so you can stay in touch with them.
Kindly be informed that we are required to collect an environment fee of 15 Euro per night. According to Greek law, the fee helps with the reconstruction efforts after the wildfires that hit Greek hard in recent years. We will issue a receipt of payment for the environment fee, which you have to keep and show to authorities when asked (which is rarely the case).
