Spanning 260 sq. m., Villa Mayeia is designed to host up to 13 guests, 10 of the guests in 5 en-suite bedrooms spread across two autonomous buildings. Additional guests can be accommodated with 1 built in sofa bed in bedroom 4 & 1 sofa chair in bedroom 5 and a rollaway bed.

• Ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers and toiletries
• 32” Smart TVs, air-conditioning, and open wardrobes with suitcase stands.

• #3 Bedroom : An en-suite bedroom poof chairs
• #4 Bedroom: First Floor - Another elegant en-suite bedroom with a safe leading to a rooftop veranda with panoramic sea views and a terrace.
• #5 Bedroom: Lower Level - ensuite bedroom which includes a sofa that can be as a single bed and accommodate one additional guest.

On the lower level a utility room for a laundry which has both washer and dryer.

- Outdoor Features

Set on a 400 sq. m. property, the villa’s outdoor areas are there to maximize your vacation:
• Two Eco-Friendly Pools: A 3,70 x 8, 35 sq. m. heated pool (1.5m deep) and a 2.8x9, 25 sq. m. pool (0,40 - 1,30) with shallow area perfect for a dip with the little ones.
• The heating of the pools is upon request is available at an additional cost of €60 per each pool per day, with a one-week advance notice required. The use of pool heating is available only for entire booking period.
• Relaxation Areas: Luxury loungers, bean bag chairs, and pergola-shaded dining for 12.
• Rooftop Sauna & Terraces: Stunning spots to enjoy the sunsets or unwind under the stars.
Available relaxing furnishings are: 3 sun beds, 4 luxury beds, 4 poufs, 1 chaise longue, 2 chairs and 1 double bed placed on the roof of the 2 bedroom
• Electric BBQ grills for your culinary adventures.
• Private Parking: Space for up to four vehicles.
• Villa Mayeia offers a baby cot & high chair on request.

Please note that a mandatory Climate Crisis Resilience Charge of €15 per night is required by the Greek government for stays between April and October, and will be collected at the property in cash.

- Housekeeping: Weekly housekeeping is included, ensuring the villa stays fresh and tidy. Fresh bed linen, bath towels, and pool towels are provided, with changes once a week for your comfort.
- Family-Friendly & Retreat Features: Villa Mayeia is well-suited for families a high chair and baby cot on request.
- Local Amenities: Situated in a quiet, scenic location, the villa is a short drive from essential services, including grocery stores and local markets.
- Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 15:00–17:30 and 23:00–07:00.
- Pre-Arrival Shopping: We are happy to arrange pre-arrival shopping for your convenience (grocery costs not included).

Important note: Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor BBQ when weather conditions are suitable.
However, please do not use the BBQ during windy weather or high wind gusts. Sparks and burning embers can be carried by the wind and may create a serious fire risk, particularly during the dry summer months in Crete. Please always check the weather conditions before lighting the BBQ and follow any official fire restrictions that may be in place.
- If you’d like the pools heated, please let us know in advance. This service is available at an additional cost of €60 per each pool per day, with a one-week advance notice required. The use of pool heating is available only for entire booking period.

- Crete has quiet hours which are 15:00 - 17:30 and 23:00 - 07:00 daily

- No smoking inside the property outdoor smoking is permitted provided safety precautions are adhered to and the proper usage of ashtrays

- No parties or gatherings are allowed on the premises and or hosting of guests not part of the group staying, unless with the owners approval
