Spanning 100 m² across 2 levels, this well-appointed 4-room vacation rental comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the main level, an open-plan living and dining area creates a welcoming communal space, complemented by a fully equipped separate kitchen featuring 4 hot plates, an oven, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this floor, and direct access to the terrace is available from the living area. On the lower ground floor, 2 double bedrooms are situated alongside a shower room with bidet and WC, both offering direct access to the terrace. The third double bedroom, also on this level, shares access to a second shower room with bidet and WC. Please be aware that 1 double bedroom and its associated bathroom with shower can only be accessed from the outside. Additionally, when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all 3 bedrooms will be available for use.
