The house offers a splendid sea view, a private pool where you can relax in total privacy and large indoor and outdoor spaces perfect for families, groups of friends or couples who want a holiday between relaxation, sun and conviviality.



Outside you will find a large terrace equipped with outdoor kitchen and dining table, BBQ area, sun loungers that frame the private pool with a fixed depth of 1.50 m and an outdoor shower, ideal after a day at the pool or at the sea.



It is the perfect space for slow breakfasts, outdoor lunches, sunset aperitifs and dinners under the Sardinian sky.



The interiors are cosy and functional: a modern living room with sea view and two sofas, an equipped kitchen, an internal dining room and well-kept environments to feel immediately at home.



The villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people:



Bedroom 1: double bed, private bathroom complete with shower.



Room 2: French double bed and a single bed.



Room 3: a single bed and a bunk bed with two overlapping beds.



There are 2 other full bathrooms with shower, outside the rooms, to ensure comfort and privacy even when travelling in a group.

Security deposit



A security deposit is required to cover any damage to the accommodation or non-compliance with the house rules (e.g. garbage disposal, excessive cleaning, etc.). The deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the stay, if no problems are found.
