On the lower level, with independent access, there is a fourth bedroom with a private bathroom, ideal for hosting guests or accommodating staff with discretion and comfort. Moreover, the villa has two outdoor showers perfectly and finely integrated into the landscape.

The villa’s true heart is its private Mediterranean garden which spans for over 4.000 s.m., a green oasis filled with native plants that ensures exceptional privacy—a rare feature even in the most exclusive locations. Here, time slows down: read in the shade of a juniper tree, dine al fresco in the dedicated spaces at the front and back of the villa, to the sound of cicadas, or simply contemplate and listen to the sound of the sea from afar.
