“The thing that made this hotel, so special were the employees! From beginning to end, they were kind and accommodating, and incredibly professional. We only stayed one night so all we needed was a clean, easy experience and that is exactly what we got. The bed was not very comfortable and the toilet paper and Kleenex were not high-quality, but other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.”

“I didn't Like that we weren't offered a receipt and they charged us for 5 nights instead of 4.”

“The property was not that clean. There was construction going on inside the building which isn’t anyone’s fault but it was definitely unsightly and didn’t help the look or cleanliness. We got our room and it was mediocre. Had to get another room because the toilet was broken and dirty upon arrival. Both rooms looked like they were “renovated” with mediocre, ran down, cheap decor. The paint jobs in both room were terrible. In the second room we were given, the shower water pressure was awful....

“For a 8 year old property i found it to be clean and maintained. I was impressed with the staff. Breakfast was on time and refilled multiple times. Even though working further away i extended my stay in this Fairfield.”

“The room was okay but it was something in the room biting us and the refrigerator was not working completely right. The staff were rude.”

“Rooms are very dark. 2nd floor had a mildew smell. We had a strong sewer smell at 1030 at night in our room. They would not let us switch rooms they said they would come and spray they did not show up. The next day they sprayed some freshener. Only one USB outlet in the room. The fridge and microwave worked. We will not stay there again.”

“We got there late so we would have left asap after we seen the room and especially the sheets! Let’s just say Scary at best and a piece of plywood would have been more comfortable. Checked out first thing in the morning! Please pay the extra money to stay elsewhere”

“Great stop and clean hotel. The only complaint was the pool smelled like body odor.”

“The shower in my particular room was not able to be turned on. The door had fairly large gaps all around it so daylight and air were always coming in. The ac was ok but it was fighting 85 degree ish air while being off all day so it didn't cool quickly but was very cool by morning. The staff was friendly, even for it being a later check in.”

“There were LOTS of birds at the entrance carport. Had to pray you didn’t get pooped on when entering and exiting. The room had a smell-not a clean smell. Went to Walmart and bought a candle to burn and it helped.”

“I liked that it was clean, and the staff was nice, but there was bed bugs in my room, I have my legs all with bites, they gave me another romm , but I was all bitten slready, I’m goig to the Dr do she can look at them, it’s a lot of bites, I think the bugs are in the pillows.”
