This house for 9 people has a shared swimming pool and a private, secure pond.

On the ground floor, there is a living area with a kitchen, a lounge (sofas, TV, internet), and a dining area. Also on this level is a bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm) and an en-suite shower room. There is a separate toilet with a washbasin. Upstairs, the house offers three bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room: two bedrooms with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and one bedroom with three single beds (90x200cm). There is also a separate toilet with a washbasin.

From the living room, you can access the garden where, in the shade of the linden tree, you will find a table, chairs, and a barbecue. The swimming pool (shared with the owners, 10.75 x 4.25 m, 1.20 m deep, chlorine, accessed by steps, secured by a fence) is open from May 15th to the end of September. (Heated pool)
Parking is available on site. Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included; pool towels are not provided. The house enjoys a peaceful setting: a hectare of meticulously maintained garden where catch-and-release fishing for roach is permitted. The various local markets offer the opportunity to discover the fine cuisine of the Dordogne. Once comfortably settled in, you'll be eager to explore this magnificent region.
You'll be just 13 minutes from the town of Brantôme, known as the Venice of the Périgord, and 17 km from Périgueux, a town rich in Gallo-Roman remains and boasting a magnificent medieval old town. Nearby, you can explore the castles of Bourdeilles and Mareuil, the Villars cave, the charming village of Saint-Jean de Côle, the truffle ecomuseum, the Savignac huts, and more. Activities include canoeing on the Dronne River, treetop adventure courses, and a petting zoo.

It's an hour from Bergerac, Montignac (home to Lascaux 4), and Sarlat, a medieval city with exceptional heritage.
