“Stayed here for two nights and it’s a wonderful spot. There are so many restaurant choices nearby for all tastes and meal sizes, and it’s right in the water so your life is simple!
Breakfasts are delicious and the team are all very helpful.
Perhaps sometimes, considering there were children at the hotel, the courtyard garden they would allow guests to play music a bit too late. But that’s the only issue!”

Calm, beautiful and wonderful spacious bungalows right on beach front was amazing. We relaxed the minute we sat foot at Cuba in Agonda. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and you still have your own space with relaxation and privacy. Great energy and very rejuvenating place.”

“I had a nice stay here. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The restaurant was nice too and got a bit lively at night. It's located very close to Patnem beach which has just the right amount of liveliness, lounges and restaurants-to-relaxed vibe ratio.

it’s not seafront but about as close as it gets at this price point. homemade indian breakfast is a plus.

“This was the second time we stayed at this hotel and like last time we really loved it: The very nice and helpful owners, restaurant boss and all staff, the calm and clean beach, the standard of the hotel room ( we stayed in the main building ), the view from the room/ balcony and from the restaurant...the food was delicious. To sit and see the sunset with a cold beer or Margarita in the hand was fantastic. We want to come back and will for sure do so if we visit India again!”
“Had a lovely stay in January for a week, the room was adequate for our stay, a comfortable bed, tv (if you like to watch tv), a/c and fan a balcony. The room is a bit small but wasn’t a problem the bathroom has hot water and good shower. The beach is a short walk from the accommodation lots of bars and restaurants around. I needed some washing doing when we arrived which Manjay (manager) sorted and was at hand for anything else needed. We liked Palolem and Sand Tent resort so much we’ve already...
