âThe entire place is my favorite and there are a lot of choices in Charleston. Probably the most comfortable beds and pillows. Also, the finishes are just gorgeous. The hotel always smells incredible too and very clean. My only area of improvement, I wish they'd remember me. I've stayed there a dozen times and they always ask, "Is it your first time with us?" It would be nice to have some sort of reward program.â
