“Fabulous stay. Clean, comfy, and within walking distance to the entirety of Kusatsu Onsen. The japanese breakfast was excellent. Relaxing indoors and outdoors onsen despite being in a town full of them. Bit of a language barrier for some of the staff but nothing that should surprise anyone who've travelled around Japan for a bit. Pick the yukata that catches your eye and be sure to stroll through town clad in it during the evening.”

“This was a gem for our ski trip. Before checkin the staff was very helpful with transportation suggestions and questions. Because the road to the hotel is not drivable in the winter you call the hotel from the parking/bus area and they come and pick you up via snowmobile, this in itself was a fun experience for my son. The room was quite, clean, and had the right amenities. The food was Japanese but very good and staff ensures dietary restrictions are met. ”

“駐車場の案内に出てきてくださったり、周辺施設をご案内していただいたり、とても親切なお宿でした。 ただ、エクスペディアの素泊まり予約で、浴衣タオルが別でした。日本の宿泊施設で浴衣とタオルがないことを想定していなかったので、びっくりしたし、少しこまりました。ベッドのお部屋に泊まりましたが、スプリングが気になり深く眠れなかったので、感覚花瓶な方には向かないかもしれません。”

“共立リゾートなので期待して行ったけど、お風呂ぬるめ、ご飯は冷たい、あれ？ってなる所多かった… 場所は湯畑より少し離れているので静かで、また部屋も綺麗で良かったが、メインの料理、お風呂に少しガッカリでした！ ただ部屋風呂は暖かくて良かったです☺️ アメニティもっと揃えてたらいいなぁと思いました💦”
