- Please treat the home with care so future guests enjoy it too. The property can comfortably sleep 10 people. There is 1 super king bed, 3 king beds, 2 double beds and a small sofa bed.

Swimming Pool: - Due to high energy costs the swimming pool will
Only be available for guests with bookings over 7days. We are trying to keep the coasts to a minimum so many people can experience the property. Even although the pool has a heater please remember the pool is outdoors, the weather in Scotland at best is totally unpredictable and please know that the pool temperature I would describe as fresh. It’s a deep pool from 5ft to around 10ft deep. With over  110 ton of water in there. Very difficult to heat. If you are not intending in using the pool please help us conserve energy to benefit all our guests throughout the year. The season for the pool is beginning on June weather permitting to end of August. The additional cost if you would like the pool heated during the season is 50.00 per day. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange this service for you including all the required chemicals. Please also note young children need to be supervised at all times and yes sometimes the adults too, please make sure gates are locked and that your precious ones are not allowed to wander around the property unsupervised. Take the time to advise your kids of the potential danger so that everyone has a fantastic trip and experience.

We also allow 15.00 per day to be used for heating the property. If you require additional heating to suit your personal preference there is a smart meter showing the cost of energy used, we will bill you for any additional cost over the set amount allocated at the end of your stay with us. Unfortunately this measure has been put in place as some guests have been running the heating 24/7 causing excessive expense.
