Also provided shower handles for safety when we asked if they would consider them for future visits. We appreciated their attention to details for our safety. Special place to stay. âThis hotel is always quiet, the employees are friendly and polite. If there's an issue thry try to fix it right away. Our TV didn't work and they came and fixed as quickly as possible. â
âRoom was clean and smelled good. No bugs. Breakfast is good if you get up at 6, door is locked by 9. Hot shower. Lobby and hallways were hot. Air conditioner in room needed charged but my wife won't let me make it blow ice cold anyhow.â
âOur stay was wonderful. The hotel was nice and clean on the inside. Great location next to great restaurants and SAMS - but there was a smell outside the hotel that was like a dead animal or something. It was hard to be outside with the smell.â
âThe linens were clean and new and the room was clean. There was an odor of male cat. Could have been a prior guest or long term neighbor (there were som that were a little loud) but I stayed there for a concert and for the price I was very impressed. Room deodorant cover the cat smell and like I stated the room was CLEAN and the linens were new and clean and the for the value I WILL stay here again. Not one bug or any of the horrors some of the negative reviews claimed other than noisey...
âThe hotel was clean and well run. Great staff! If I have one issue it would be the entrance doors to the rooms. Every time someone in our hall closed their door, it would rattle ours (loudly, and in the late evening, it woke us up every time). Not sure if there is a way to fix that. Overall, great stay!â
