• Food & Drink: The Grand Port waterfront, less than 2 km away, lines up brasseries and terraces where you can sample Savoyard classics such as fondue, raclette and tartiflette after a day by the water. Back in the town centre, a short walk from your door, cafes and patisseries cluster around the pedestrian streets and the covered market for morning coffee and local cheeses. For an evening out, the historic Casino Grand Cercle pairs its gaming rooms with a restaurant set beneath ornate painted ceilings.
• Outdoor Activities: Lac du Bourget, the largest natural lake in France, sits roughly 2 km away and is the heart of local life, with swimming beaches, sailing, paddleboarding and lakeside cycle paths.
