- A shower room with walk-in shower and washing machine

Outside:
- A 12m² south-facing terrace with panoramic views over the bay of Ajaccio and Porticcio, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Ajaccio, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Numerous water sports such as scuba diving and jet-skiing.
