Located in the heart of the Domaine des Ormeaux, this charming room, reserved exclusively for adults (maximum 2 people), combines elegance, tranquility, and exceptional comfort. Equipped with high-end bedding and air conditioning, it opens onto the verdant grounds of the estate and invites you to an enchanting escape during the warmer months.
Practical Information & Stay Details
To ensure you have a peaceful and surprise-free stay, here is a breakdown of the services included in your accommodation and the terms and conditions of our estate.
1. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY
Bed and breakfast rental: Accommodation provided, equipped for a maximum of 2 adults. This establishment is reserved exclusively for adults and teenagers aged 16 and over (children and babies under 16 are not admitted).
Breakfast: A full and tasty breakfast is included every morning to start your day off right.
Seasonality: Room offered exclusively during the summer season (from April 1st to September 30th).
Relaxation & Amenities: Access to the Spa (April 1st to September 30th — 45 min/day/room) and the heated saltwater pool (open June 1st to September 30th). Bathrobes and towels dedicated to the spa/pool are provided. A complimentary carafe of fresh filtered water is offered upon arrival.
Internet & Connection: Free and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi.
Linen & Service: Bed linen and towels provided; welcome slippers (1 pair per person); End-of-stay cleaning included. For stays of more than 7 nights, 1 cleaning visit per week with change of bed linen and towels and remaking of beds.
Welcome kit: Dishwashing liquid, sponges, toilet paper.
Comfort: Courtesy tray, access to secure bicycle storage (free charging), covered parking.
Assistance animals: Free admission upon presentation of an official certificate.
2. SERVICES NOT INCLUDED & OPTIONS
Tourist tax: To be paid on site according to the current rate.
Security deposit: €500 for direct bookings and bookings via Expedia (by check or cash upon arrival, returned after departure). No security deposit is collected on site for bookings via Booking.com.

Beauty treatments, massages and drinks.
Pet supplement (1 dog or cat under 20 kg only, upon prior declaration).
Electric vehicle charging (V2C terminal) & laundry facilities (shared washing machines and dryers available for a fee).
Outside visitors: Your guests are welcome during the day within your guest room only. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight or access the property's facilities (swimming pool, spa). Parties and gatherings are prohibited.
Respect for the accommodation: For the comfort and air quality of all, the guest room is strictly non-smoking inside (the outdoor areas remain at your disposal). In case of non-compliance (deodorization fee of €250), damage, breakage, loss of keys or shipping costs for forgotten items, deductions from the deposit or additional charges may be applied.
3. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Arrivals: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (arrival after 8:00 PM by prior agreement).
Departures: from 06:00 to 10:00 (departure before 06:00 with prior agreement).
