“I had accidentally left a dress shirt hanging in the closet with 3 hangers. They claimed they did not have them when i called. Positive they were there because i did not have them when i left! My fault, just don't leave anything, you'll never see it again. ”

“I thought this hotel was going to meet Home2 Suite standards and it did in some ways. The room was big and modern as Home2 Suites standards. New modern Tv and comfortable beds. But the issue with pets ruined the whole hotel experience. When I checked in at the reception there was several dog owners there. I didn't think more of that but when I walked into the elevator to get to my room I felt the smell of dog and dog urine. It was so bad I couldn't breathe. I didn't want to put my clothes...
