I own a property and we had an incident that ended up with me needing to put one of my residents in a hotel room. I very thoroughly explained everything to the employees of the red roof inn. When the resident arrived to check in they gave her such a hard time we had to cancel and book her a room elsewhere. And then they wouldn’t even provide us a refund. AWFUL experience.
