Tranquil Nest - peaceful Buffalo Niagara stay

This is the place to stay! Sunny rooms, quaint town near to Niagara Falls, Buffalo, Watkins Glen, Letchworth State Park, Darien Lake Amusements, skiing, golf, and all that WNY has to offer! Upper unit on quiet street, hypoallergenic, hotel quality bedding atop quality new mattresses, well-equipped kitchen, full bathroom with washer and dryer! Office space too.
The space
Delightful sunny upper unit with floor to ceiling windows! This unit is a charming two bedroom UPPER with hypoallergenic bedding, new furnishings and full bath with washer & dryer!

Front bedroom boasts a King size bed and two comfy armchairs to sit and relax in. Second bedroom has a brighter décor and a Roku equipped Smart TV and an office area/desk as well.
This unit is not equipped for children.

Have you ever wished you could cook in Samantha Stevens (Bewitched!) kitchen? Well - here's your chance! This is a dream-come-true for me, as a hard-core Bewitched fan since the 70's! Vintage touches compliment the fully functional retro-stove in this darling eat-in kitchen. Bedrooms are well-appointed with NEW beds and high-quality hypoallergenic bedding and room-darkening window treatments. The open living room/kitchen area has a Smart TV with Roku, and there is another one in the Queen bedroom.
We put in extra care to create the type of unit that WE want to stay in when we travel...one that exudes comfort and a peaceful, clean, allergy-free environment.

This property boasts a yard (fenced on 3 sides - but sorry! NO PETS!!) with picnic table, grill, tree shade, outdoor seating and room to play. There is room for two cars to park one-behind-the -other off street along hedge (right side of driveway). The upper unit gets the other two 'parking block' spots, as there is also a functioning unit on lower level that is usually booked (see 'The Restful Nest').

Key-code lock with your unique code will be provided on the Airbnb app messages prior to arrival. There are 16 steps to climb to reach unit via an indoor staircase, (separate entrance). Stairway is well-lit.
