The Space:

The villa is thoughtfully divided into two sections: the main villa, which houses the master bedroom, kitchen, and living area, and two additional guest bedrooms, separated by a beautifully decked outdoor living space. This layout makes it an ideal choice for families seeking both togetherness and privacy.

The master bedroom features floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open up to majestic views of Lefkada, Paleros, and the smaller Ionian Islands. Equipped with a large double bed with a premium cocomat mattress, it promises rejuvenation away from daily stresses. The suite is complemented by an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower, a separate W.C., and a stone washbasin, alongside ample wardrobe space and a desk area.

The living room has full length glass doors that extend the length of the room, merging indoor comfort with the beauty of the outdoors and the adjacent pool. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, while the living area offers a serene space for relaxation, featuring a 50" TV. Meals can be enjoyed at a teak dining table, set against the backdrop of the villa's scenic views.

Outdoors, the villa offers a spacious area with a shaded section for dining, alongside a refreshing pool flanked by teak sunbeds, perfect for leisure under the sun or in the shade.

The guest bedrooms, located opposite the main villa, include one with a double bed and another with two singles, each fitted with comfortable cocomat mattresses and rain showers, sharing a W.C. and dual stone washbasins.

The villa's garden blooms with Oleanders and traditional Greek flora, enhancing the authentically Greek ambiance.

Paleros offers many activities such as hiking, tennis and of course water activities.



The is a wide variety of bars and restaurants, the most popular spot is the modern and fun Paleros Yacht club that provides all day entertainment and offers sun loungers and umbrellas to relax under whilst enjoying a drink from the large variety of cocktails that they offer or to dine on the delicious food chosen from an extremely modern and tasty menu.
