Dear Valued Guest, Whilst we are very pleased you were happy with your room and impressed with the cleanliness we are sorry you were not happy with the view. As you will know Fujairah is currently undergoing a massive construction project to improve the roads in the city and this has impacted on a lot of the surrounding land. Although it may be a bit of an eyesore at the moment when completed we are sure it will all be worthwhile. The Novotel and ibis hotels where the Sports Lounge is located are both manned by security 24 hours every day, you are very safe staying with us and if you ever feel to the contrary you only need let one of our team know. Your enjoyment and wellbeing is of utmost importance to us. We would like to thank you for your comments about The Bookstore, our speakeasy bar in Novotel, Fujairah. Whilst we are delighted that your stay was great and you awarded us the highest rating we are sorry about the carpet. Despite rigorous cleaning we have been unable to remove the stains due to a fault with the anti-stain treatment so please do not feel the carpet is dirty. Although it does not help your stay we started to replace the carpet last week and due to occupancy this will take at least a few months to complete.
