“We spent three nights at riad idrissi. Overall it was ok. But our room wasn't that clean, there were hair in the shower from the guests before us, and there was a funny smell in the bathroom. For breakfast we didn't get much to eat. The staff was friendly but had a shop downstairs and tried to sell us stuff which felt uncomfortable. We ate one dinner there and that was the best thing with our stay, it was really good!”
“it was a disastrous experience, we arrived the doors were closed there was no one! when we called we were told because we choose payment at the property, they cancelled our booking without informing us! terrible experience , in scorching sun we had to walk back to the parking outside the city walls and sit in a nearby cafe to search for a new hotel. our day was ruined terrible experience”
“We got to the hotel and there was no one at the réception to Check is in. We had to wait a bit before someone came to take care of us.
There was no cold water in the sink faucet nor the shower. It is summer and no one uses hot water only. Terrible experience to shower with boiling water when the temperature outside is about 30 to 35 Celsius.”

Den marockanska frukosten är utmärkt. Servicen är vänlig, hjälpsam och korrekt. Felaktigheter korrigeras och personalen pratar bra engelska, förutom franska och arabiska. Rummet tillgängligt omedelbart trots att jag anlände väldigt tidigt.”
