The acommodation is far from hotel service
We were three persons, it was suppose to be furnished appartment but we got
One tea spoon for all of us
One fork for all of us
One glass for all of us
No knife
One towel for all to use ( hotel policy)
Reception very far from friendly and you should speak arabic to communicate
No cleaning during your stay
The Reception has no control on the screen to see the booking, he use whats up to chat with the owner who from his side (home) confirm your check in ( this process can take to up to 30 minutes to check in)
Finally the Reception said he has been working 13 years in this bussiness and first time he heared about. hotels.com
It took us one hour to call hotels.com and understand that the booking is via expedia where he can find the reservation via the owner from home.
