"We travelled as a family with kids and we are very pleased with our stay at Raffles. The service was excellent. They provided everything we asked for and everyone was very kind and helpful. The facilities are very spacious, functional and clean. The lobby area is especially beautiful. The pool area was also very nice. We also had great massages at the spa. The direct access to the mall is very convenient. "

"We stayed for two nights and had a fantastic impression of this hotel. After experiencing the intense scenes of Dubai, it was a joy to return to the hotel, recharge, and recover. Starting each morning with breakfast outside, accompanied by birds singing, we reflected on the previous day and planned for the upcoming day. The hotel felt thoughtfully designed, with a coherent concept and good execution. * The environment was calm both outside and inside, with lots of sound dampening materials in the hallways. * A pleasant fragrance in the hallways and lobby added to the relaxing ambiance. * The quality of the breakfast dishes were excellent. * Room was cozy. * The bed and bedding were high quality. * Gym overlooking the beautiful creek * The view from the top of the hotel where there is a bar, some places to sit and a pool, was spectacular—not because of the height (only 7th floor), but because every direction offered a unique and beautiful sight. The room decor was quite distinctive—perhaps not to everyone’s taste, but we liked it. And we absolutely loved the hammock! "

"We had an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff went above and beyond, exceeding 5-star standards in their service and hospitality. The service was truly incredible, available around the clock, and we were always met with cheerful attitudes. The food was delicious(!), and a special thanks to Mahin, who often served us and made our stay even more special. Thanks also to Buddi and Ahmed, who were always happy, attentive, and available by the pool. The hotel was about a 15-minute walk to the metro, and the station is approximately five stops away from Burj Khalifa. Around the hotel, there were plenty of shops and restaurants with reasonable prices since the area is a bit outside the city center. There were also shuttle buses running three times a day to Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa and twice a day to the beach. Our room was cleaned daily. We would gladly come back here again!"
