Myclet bra värde för pengar
Nytt fräscht resort med allt man kan önska sig för 5 stjärnor. Stranden kan synas liten men rymmer alla gäster utan problem. Rummen är stora och håller hög klass. Marjan Island utvecklas just nu i långsam takt pga covid och granntomterna har många ofärdiga fastigheter. Man kan dock ta en trevlig joggingtur på halvön och den svårs tiden för turismen är inget som påverlsr vistelsen på hotellet, som verkar ha god beläggning med mix av engelsmän, tyskar och olika östeuropeiska nationaliteter.

Väldigt fint hotell med mycket aktiviteter för barn. Synd att ena poolen var under renovering, men det gynnar framtida gäster. Stora, fina och moderna rum.

Bra och fint
Superbra hotell, speciellt för barn. Det mesta finns på området. Flera pooler, ett vattenland, egen strand som är jättefin, vattensport, mm mm. Det enda vi saknade var en affär att köpa småsaker i (glass,dricka, frukt mm.) då det är väldigt dyrt med mat och dryck på hotellet. Ta all inclusive om ni kan. Jag skulle dock inte vilja ha det nu i efterhand heller pga av att det var väldigt stökigt och högljutt i stora matsalen där alla med all inclusive äter.

Nybyggt vid havet
Nybyggt hotell på en konstgjord halvö, vilket innebar att det utanför området bara var en väg och resten grus; jag saknade möjligheten att t.ex gå och handla frukt och dricka att ha på rummet, som det var nu var man hänvisad till hotellets restauranger eller den lilla souvenirshopen om man inte ville åka taxi eller buss till al Hamra. Annars var allt bra: fin strand, gott om solstolar, flera stora pooler och allt var nytt och fräscht. Viss förvirring kring vår bokning uppstod vid incheckningen, men det löste sig och vi fick superfina rum till slut. Vi hade halvpension, och både frukosten och middagsbuffén var helt OK. Gott om hjälpsam och serviceinriktad personal.

Hotellet håller INTE 5 stjärns klass ! Många pooler o gott om plats och kring aktiviteter, men håller inte 5 * klass! Varierande service nivå på personalen, och inte samma klass på frukostbuffé beroende på var man hade sin frukost. Huvudrestauranger eller Anchor. Ligger även lite för långt ut från ära och redighet. Kan bli bättre när man byggt upp fler boende och affärer närmare hotellet.

Rekommenderas för sol, bad & avkoppling!
10 dagar sol och bad med familj om 2 barn (6 & 8 år) med all inclusive. Hotellet är i strålande skick och städas bra. Gymmet är OK och enligt klassisk Hilton-modell. Servicen är generellt bra även om man inbland behöver vänta på att kunna beställa dryck under maten samt att de ibland missade delar av dryckbeställningen. Matbuffén är fräsch och väldigt omväxlande, kvalitativ mat och utbud. Vi tog all inclusive då priserna på mat och dryck är hutlösa (tex vatten 0.5l för 40 SEK...) Stranden är bra, dock är delen längst ner mot vattnet inte sand utan krossade snäckskal, dvs lite vasst. Poolerna är stora och bra med plats, känns inte trångt ens på helgerna när de lokalt boende kommer till hotellet. Nackdelen är att hotellet ligger i ingenstans, inga restauranger eller annat i närheten och transport till Dubai (t.ex. Dubai Mall) tar ca 1.5h så ingen man gör allt för ofta. Rekommenderas varmt till den som endast är ute efter sol, bad och avkoppling.

Bra och fint hotell med många olika badmöjligheter i olika poolomtåden eller i havet, finns väldigt många solstolar så ingen trängsel. Enda negativa var antalet restauranger, fanns bara en mot vad som beskrivet skall vara fem, men beror på att hotellet är helt nyöppnat och allt är inte helt klart än.

We opt for the 'all-inclusive' package, however, was very disappointing. Very limited options for drink and eat. Also, the food offered was average. I would not recommend.

the hotel is huge and nice to stay in, my only feedback was regarding the breakfast as it was not as it should be! the pool temperatures was controlled while the water at the kids water park was extremally cold!

Great property for families and kids while retaining adult only areas for guests who don’t come with kids. Good sized rooms, excellent staff and plenty of activities for everyone. This resort is my and my family’s top 2 destinations in UAE. However, there are a few small issues that I noticed. I got the impression that some (very few) facilities are struggling due to their age and with the huge influx of guests. Toilets near the pool and Pirate ship splash pad were clogged one day. Splash pad showed signs of wear and tear. Kids club has limited options and also needs a refresh. Breakfast options for vegetarians was limited. But these are very small issues and overall the resort facilities and staff are amazing, among the best I have experienced in UAE. Highly recommended!

The property is outdated and few amenities inside the rooms. Our bidet in our room is rusty and we are so scared to use it. The TV was an outdated one, the air conditioning was too noisy as well. Didn’t sleep well and the pillows in our room are not that good it flattens all the time. The buffet if you are on a all inclusive has fewer selections, same set of appetizers everyday no fruits such as blueberries, and other berries. Better to choose the ultra inclusive which u can eat everything. I was so totally disappointed since it was our first time here. It did not met my expectations at all since it was nice on the picture.

Large resort with good family options
A big resort with lots of beachfront and plenty to keep the kids occupied. Rooms are okay with good space and all the basics. However the Hilton TV system is terrible and when it actually loaded we were unable to connect any devices to it from the built-in Hilton menu. If you've got a Samsung TV remote at home, bring it with you and simply use the Screen Mirroring built into the actual TV OS. Each night we had to register with the front desk about noise complaints for the guests upstairs and although this can happen anywhere, a good hotel knows how to respond quickly to resolve the situation for guests. Here we had no luck and the front desk didn't do anything and was very disappointing. So lots of good with the trip, but unfortunately lots of bad and wouldn't stay there again (given so many competing options next door and nearby).

Flott hotell, fin utsikt og de mest hyggelig ansatte..Fine basseng, og fin strand. Mange aktiviteter for barn. Litt begrensede spisemuligheter, det er langt til sentrum og andre restauranter. Prisene på mat og drikke på hotellet er skyhøye, så all inclusive er å anbefale.
