Unfortunately, their swimming pool was not functional. They said it was under maintenance.

âIf you're not afraid of fire alarms (which the staff ignores after you've twice carried a sick child down 7 floors via the emergency exit stairs), or you can't completely relax because of small incidents on a regular basis ((baggage that takes time to get to the room, missing food you ordered and paid for. Cutlery etc. missing. They book a taxi to the wrong hospital even though it clearly states the correct address, room service that doesn't answer when it runs out of water, not cleaned, doesn't...
âGreat rooms, solid selection of food and regular stores around the corner(bout a 5ish mins walk). Even better service, shout out to Roumaissa(Hopefully thats correct), Hijab lady at the front desk. She was amazing. I had a choice to switch hotels(since i got stuck in Doha) and my initial interactionwith her convinced me to just rebook with the same hotel. This is almost a hidden gem lol.â

âWe stayed in the residence side and the room were sooo modern and had every white goods needed for a comfterable space. Highly recommned this hotel. The pool, food, staff memebers alll soo professional and very very nice. Location is close to the main attractions can walk to sm destinations or taxi are so cheap.
You wont be dissapointed with this hotel at all.

"We had an amazing stay, three nights before we embarked a cruise from Qatar.
Spa was nice and clean. Big rooms with both a huge shower and even bigger bathtub.
All staff were so friendly and helpful, no matter what time of day we needed help.
Shuttle bus to the beach, for free, is for sure a great service! We used it twice and spend a couple of hours at the great beach club. Even if it was early February it was some food and drinks for sale. "

I stayed here for one night due to unforeseen circumstances. Itâs truly a 3-star hotel, as expected, but the rooms were overall clean and well-maintained. The reception staff were nice and very helpful.
Unfortunately, I didnât have time to explore the rest of the facilities, so I canât comment on those.
