Hotell nära Alaska Museum of Natural History

“For $200/night (they Expedia - much higher otherwise), an actual lobby with at least coffee available would have been nice. I (now) understand it's an extended stay place, but even then they could have a few amenities.”

“Ganska slitet hotell utan luftkonditionering på rummet. Dålig ljudisolering - kvällstrafik plus ett odefinierbart brummande på rummet upplevdes mycket störande. Receptionen ville inte kännas vid brummandet. Gångavstånd till centrum. Om man söker ett budgetalternativ för max en natt kan det fungera...om man är medveten om och kan acceptera standarden. ”

“Perfect for me as a solo traveller. Clean, small room with a tiny bathroom in downtown Anchorage but still in a quiet area without much traffic. Only downside is that the whole room is shaking everytime someone closes their door.”

“After reaching the room was too hot and AC was not working at all. Even opening the window did not cool down the room enough to have a sound sleep. There was no one in the reception to address the concern.”

“This was a great room to stay in. Across the street is some great little restaurants I recommend Wngs & Things. Very good wings. Eric was super nice. I’ll definitely stay here again. I checked out early in the morning and asked if I could get my receipt email to me and it was. Don’t have a vehicle but there is ample parking in the rear.”

“Clean room. Staff was awesome. Titti was very helpful. Parking is ample. They don’t have dishwashers and any dishes in the kitchenette. Only disposable.”

“We were awakened in the middle of the night by someone trying to get into our room. I contacted the front desk who blew me off saying to go back to sleep, clearly guest going to wrong room. This is understandable but what happened next wasn’t. A few minutes later the room phone rang, the front desk demanded to know why we were still occupying the room after having checked out (which we hadn’t). I explained that we were still here on the second night of a two night stay but the clerk said that...

“The front end staff & housekeeping were very accommodating allowing us to stay an extra hour in our room due to flight issues.”

“Breakfast was mediocre. The only water available was a cooler in the fitness room. It was empty in the morning when everyone wanted to fill up. On the positive side, they sent shuttle to pick us up at train station at 10:30pm and also took me to airport in morning to pick up rental car.”

“Stayed here one night each time while transiting anchorage this past week. The first time the room was not even ready with old towels lying and the bed not made. On the second occasion, the room was dirty - it had used washcloths that were not removed, stains on the bathroom floor, stains on the curtain, terrible amenities (basic body wash, soap - either unavailable or very low quality, with the hand wash in a bottle that was relabeled with a sharpie!!!!), toilet old/stained, and to top it all...
